Thanks for using SkyFlights. By browsing the site, reading our articles, or using our flight search, you’re agreeing to the terms below. They’re short on purpose, so please give them a read. If you don’t agree with something here, the best option is to stop using the site.

The Basics of Using SkyFlights

SkyFlights is a flight search and travel information website. We publish guides on destinations, routes, and travel essentials, and we show flight options gathered from airlines and travel partners. You’re welcome to use all of it for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You need to be at least 18 to make a booking through a partner, or have a parent or guardian do it for you.

Flight Prices and Availability

Fares move fast. A price you saw ten minutes ago might be gone by the time you click through. We do our best to keep results current, but we can’t promise that every fare, schedule, or seat shown on SkyFlights will still be available when you go to book.

The final price is the one on the airline’s or partner’s checkout page. If it differs from what you saw on our site, the checkout price is the one that counts.

Where Bookings Actually Happen

In most cases, SkyFlights sends you to an airline or travel partner to complete your purchase. When that happens, your booking is a contract between you and them, not us. Their fare rules, baggage allowances, change fees, and refund policies apply, so please read them before paying.

If something goes wrong with a booking, such as a cancellation, delay, or refund, the airline or partner is the one who can fix it. We’re happy to point you in the right direction, but we can’t change or cancel tickets we didn’t issue.

Our Articles and Travel Advice

The destination guides, route breakdowns, and packing tips we publish are written to be helpful, not to replace official sources. Visa rules, health requirements, airport procedures, and baggage limits change often. Always check with the airline, the embassy, or the relevant government website before you travel.

We try to keep our articles accurate, but we can’t guarantee they’re free of mistakes or fully up to date. Use them as a starting point, not the final word.

What You Can and Can’t Do

Please don’t:

  • Copy, scrape, or republish our content without written permission
  • Use bots or automated tools to pull fare data from our search
  • Try to break into, overload, or interfere with the site
  • Use SkyFlights for anything unlawful or misleading

If we notice any of this, we may block your access without notice.

Who Owns What

The text, design, logo, and layout of SkyFlights belong to us. Airline names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear here only to identify the flights being shown. Sharing a link to one of our pages is always fine. Copying whole articles isn’t.

Links to Other Websites

Some pages link to airlines, partners, or other sites. We don’t run those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, pricing, or privacy practices. Once you leave SkyFlights, their terms apply.

Limits on Our Responsibility

We provide SkyFlights as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that come from relying on information on the site, missed flights, fare changes, partner errors, or technical downtime.

Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the date at the top will change. If you keep using SkyFlights after an update, that means you accept the new version.
